Here are the following steps to show you how to submit a ticket for printer repair when using the Online Service Portal

Step 1: Log-in to your Online Printer Service Portal through www.governorsolutions.com

Step 2: Click ‘Submit a New Request’ under ‘Printer Service’ in your Menu

Step 3: Select the location and the name of the device that needs repaired

** If you do not see the device listed, click ‘Enter request for a NEW Device’, then start again from Step 2
