Customer Support Specialist

Description:

Governor Business Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Specialist that is has the following characteristics: detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and make decisions, has cross training experience, good time management skills, accountable, great communication skills, customer oriented, and a compliant solver. The Customer Service Specialist position works as a team member to support the Outside Sales Account Mangers’ accounts, managing pricing, taking calls from customers, and to facilitate the customer ordering process, from incoming orders to the fulfillment of orders. This position reports to the Customer Service and Contracts Manager.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Process incoming orders and service calls by Phone, Online ordering, and Email
• Manage Customer Open Orders
• Create & Maintain Customer Quotes in MacsTrac
• Process returns for customer
• Up-sell & cross-sell when opportunities arise
• Provide product pricing and availability for Account Managers as needed
• Make it a better experience for our customers
• Respond to customer requests for pricing within 2 hours (with assistance from Account Manager if needed)

 

Position Qualifications:
• Education: Minimum 2 years of college
• Experience: Must have a high level of customer service, and communication (verbal & written) skills from previous experience. 
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite
