Best Commercial HP Printer Models To Consider

Posted on Mon, Nov 20, 2017

When you need a commercial printer, you need something capable of handling more than just the standard office setup. Whether you need it to print in large formats or handle hundreds of print requests in a single day, there are several HP printer models that should fit your commercial HP printer needs. At Governor Business Solutions, we have a selection of commercial HP printer models, many of which are sure to fit your needs. Here are some of the latest models from HP and what to expect from each.

HP DesignJet T120

This printer configuration is designed for when you need to produce wider format prints but don't need an industrial printer that runs nearly 24 hours a day. It is a more budget friendly printer for its configuration, yet it still prints at up to 24 inches. The printer is able to produce color documents at up to 1200 x 1200 optimized dots per inch. It also uses the HP thermal InkJet, which in turn makes it possible to print more documents while using less ink. The printer also can connect to a network via a Fast Ethernet cable connection Hi-Speed USB 2.0 and WiFi.

HP DesignJet T2530

If you need something capable of handling the wide format printing of a large company, this option is likely your best bet. It is significantly larger than the T120 and is also a multifunction printer, so you can scan, copy and fax using this device (which is not available on the smaller printer). The printer has a very large internal file processing memory of 128 GB and a standard internal storage memory of 500 GB. So no matter what kinds of files you send to the printer, it will be able to process the documentation and keep the information. The printer itself can handle wide format print jobs of up to 36 inches and while it can receive direct media card inputs, it connects to a network through a Gigabit Ethernet cable connection.

HP Latex 110 Printers

When you need more performance and greater flexibility out of your printer, you need to turn to an HP Latex printer. These HP printer models are designed for producing your own banners, advertisements and external displays. Whether you're a large company or a printing service provider, having this kind of hardware on hand is an excellent way to go. The HP Latex 110 Printer is the entry level model into this world of latex printers. The larger format latex printers are designed more for commercial advertisement companies, although if you want to produce large ads in house, these other options are excellent. This particular model is able to produce prints at up to 54 inches wide. It also uses a specially designed HP Latex ink, which cuts down on undesirable chemical releases into the air (which is a concern with some other latex based printers).

HP PageWide XL 8000 Printer

The PageWide lineup of printers covers an ever growing spectrum of printers and customer needs. There are smaller options better designed for home offices or small businesses. However, when you're on the market for a commercial printer the PageWide XL models are the way to go. The 8000 printer is the fastest large format monochrome and color printer ever produced by HP as it can produce up to 30 D/A1 pages per minute. Plus, thanks to the ink saving technology utilized by the PageWide printers, you can see a total savings in production cost (including ink, paper and electricity) by up to 50%. This makes it an excellent printer to consider for commercial usage.
